Ian Curry

Director of Investments

Ian Curry joined McCord in 2021 as the Director of Investments and is responsible for the company’s investment, asset management and capitalization of all existing properties and future developments in the portfolio. Ian’s main focus is assisting with the development of Generation Park, the newest and largest master planned economic center in Houston.

Prior to joining McCord, Ian held the role of Vice President of Originations for two separate debt funds focused on originating commercial construction and bridge loans nationwide. Prior to these roles, Ian spent several years at Bellwether Asset Management, providing asset management and underwriting analytics for Oaktree Capital’s real estate funds.
