Niki Hayden
Director of Property Management
Niki Hayden is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a broad range of McCord owned commercial properties which includes class A office, retail and industrial. She is also involved in supervising the third-party management of our multi-family properties and supports community marketing efforts at the property level.
With more than fifteen years of property management experience, not only has she managed all property types, but she has a can-do attitude, strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and budgeting, and excellent communication.
Prior to obtaining her current position with McCord, Niki was a property manager for Aeroterm Logistics managing a unique asset type of air cargo properties at airports in Houston, Portland, Anchorage, and Dallas.
Niki received her MBA from CSU in Alabama. She currently holds her Real Estate License with Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In Niki’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years and their three children traveling to different beach destinations.
