Quentin Hart leads McCord’s Boston office and is responsible for the company’s investment in land, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties in the northeast United States. Since joining McCord, Quentin has led more than $300MM of transactions in office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and land assets.
Prior to joining McCord, Quentin worked at GE Capital, Boutique Air, and at AllianceBernstein, a global investment manager with over $550 Bn under management.
Quentin holds a BS from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business. He is an active member of NAIOP and ULI and he lives with his wife, son and daughter in Concord.
