Eric Megnia
Director of Investments
Eric Megnia is responsible for investment, asset management, and capitalization efforts across the firm’s existing portfolio and future projects in the Boston office. His primary focus is evaluating and underwriting core, value-add, and opportunistic acquisitions and development opportunities across New England and select east coast markets.
Prior to McCord, Eric was a member of the Investments team at Longfellow Real Estate Partners, a life science-focused real estate investment and development firm. Previously, he worked at Cabot Properties and held roles at CIT Bank and First Republic Bank, where he was involved in the origination, underwriting, and execution of senior-secured real estate transactions across the United States.
Eric graduated from Skidmore College with a degree in Business, where he was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team. He has completed additional programs at New York University and Babson College.
