All-Inclusive Offices Offer Businesses Flexibility in a Walkable, Amenity Driven Environment

McCord, owner and developer of mega-project Generation Park in Lake Houston, has announced the addition of Nimble Workspaces, its brand of flexible workspaces for businesses of all sizes, to Redemption Square, the development’s mixed-use lifestyle district. Nimble Workspaces will feature 36 offices in a warm and welcoming environment with flexible spaces and terms in which members can focus on conquering their business.

For membership information visit NimbleWorkspaces.com or call 713.830.8202. Private office memberships start at $725 per month.

In addition to private offices, five meeting and conference spaces will be available to members and day pass holders. Nimble Workspaces will also provide a sound-absorbing podcasting room, a tranquil mother’s room and a 1,500-square-foot “Nimble Space” for large teams, corporate offsites, presentations, events, and hot desk members.

“Over the past few years, we have listened to the market and learned that we are surrounded by entrepreneurs and small to medium businesses who are looking for high quality, turn-key office space for their business. Until now, our region hasn’t been able to satisfy that demand,” said Ian Adler, Director of Marketing for McCord. “Nimble Workspaces offers an unparalleled amenity set in a headache-free environment with reliable, easy-to-use technology, systems and amenities in which its members can focus, thrive and grow.”

Member benefits at Nimble Workspaces include networking events, complimentary private WiFi, covered garage parking, controlled access, comfortable furniture and a spacious hospitality area with a bottomless coffee bar and cold brew on tap. Members will also receive discounts at the adjacent 255 Assay Luxury Apartments. In response to COVID-19, bipolar ionization is being installed in the HVAC system to ‘zap’ viruses and bacteria out of the air, creating a healthier environment.

A wide range of restaurants, shops, services, parks and trails surround Nimble Workspaces at Redemption Square. Two of the newest restaurant concepts, Bocca Italian Kitchen and Lupo Pizzeria, are driven by Food Network’s Chopped champion, Chef Justin Turner. The workspaces also offer proximity to Bush Intercontinental Airport and Downtown Houston.

Leading architecture firm Corgan, led by David Euscher, Beth Ann Siegel, and Joy Bottom, designed Nimble Workspaces. Workspace consultancy experts Christine Andrews, Benjamin Dyett and Liz Elam of DECO Group, were engaged to provide advice and feedback as experts in the flexible workspace industry. O’Donnell Snider, led by Kevin Gilmore, is completing construction.
